Our shipping costs cover postage cost and packing materials. We post via Royal Mail 48 hour services. If for any reason this is not suitable, please contact us before purchasing to see if alternative methods can be found.

We try to include any charges you may incurr in our prices, but we cannot guarantee extra charges may not occur on delivery, this is not something we can take responsibility for.

We hope there is no need for returning your hooks but if for any reason there is please contact us first before returning. We are happy to discuss further the course of action we would need to take to suit your requirements.

If for any reason a hook becomes damaged or faulty we can also discuss a course of action to suit, but again please contact us first. Thank you.
